You are requesting to setup the Starter Package. 

If you need a domain name, you can purchase a .com, .net, .org from us for only for $5.00 per year if we host your site. On the web site order form click on "don't register me I will transfer the name myself". Once you complete the web site setup form and submit it, your new site should be active within 15 minutes. You will receive an email containing all the information you need to access your control panel within 15 minutes.  If you already own your domain name or are purchasing it from another provider, instructions on how to point your domain name to your new web site will be e-mailed to you in the welcome letter you will receive from us when our automated system sets up your web site. On the web site order form click on "don't register me I will transfer the name myself". 

When filling out the form to setup your web site, if paying with a credit card, please make sure the billing address is exactly the same as you have on the credit card you will be using. If the addresses are not the same it will cause a delay in setting up your site.
